Job Description | – Direct and monitor all accounting activities to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standard and comply with all relevant laws – Control all tax declarations, other required reports are submitted accurately and on time. – Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts – Supervise the Accounting Team to co-ordinate with Customer Servicing Teams to build payment documents and collecting payment from Clients on time. – Perform analysis of financial reports and management reports monthly and annually. – Manage cash flow to implement good working capital management. – Maintain good communication with external parties such as local authorities, auditors, etc – Prepare and analysis reports according to management’s requirement. – More detail will be disscussed when interview |
Job Requirement | – University graduated or above major in Accounting or Finance, certified Chief Accountant – More than 8 years experience in Multinational or large company, At least 3 years experience as a chief Accountant in a manufacturing company with turnover over 500 billion VND per year. – Experience and knowledge of Finance, Tax accounting, Manufacturing costing. – Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting System and Vietnamese Law. – Ability to work in a team and team management, flexibility and ability to work in different environment and under pressure – Fluent in English or Korean – Fluent in MS office (word, exel, pp), accounting software (FAST software is prefered) – Hard working, honesty, integrity, proactive. – Skills: Communication, presentation, negotiation, plan – Used to work for Korean company is an advantage – Over 32 years old |
