Introduction
AFC Institute for Financial Management was established with the mission to become high-quality financial training provider towards professionalism in financial sector in the competitive environment. Besides the training program (Public training) was held at the base of AFC Vietnam, AFC Institute for Financial Management also provides training services (In-house Training) for each individual and businesses requirements (domestic and abroad). The In-house training program was designed specifically to suit each objectives, each business and organization.
With experience in training for many corporations, banks and large enterprises in Vietnam… AFC Vietnam is always proud of high-quality training services that we have brought to our customers. Lecturers of AFC Vietnam are leading experts who have in-depth knowledge and practical experience, they have been working in large domestic or foreign enterprises for many years. AFC Vietnam always understands and meets every specific training demand of each individual and each organization.
AFC Vietnam always aims to become the "internal training department" in each enterprise. Therefore we develop and enhance their professional capability, management and leading capability, cultural background, working skills for each individual, each department and all staffs of the enterprise.
Training process as request
To ensure the quality of training, as well as saving time and cost for businesses, there are 6 steps of In-house training process as follows:
Step 1: Surveying the customer needs
Based on customer needs, lecturers will come to the business location after the course to find out the business status and discuss about business problems.
Step 2: Designing program
From the collected information, with specialized knowledge and practical experience, lecturers will research and design programs that suit best to the specific training needs of businesses.
Step 3: Implementing the program
If the program has been agreed between enterprise and AFC Vietnam as step 2, the course will be implemented.
Step 4: Assessment
Students will do a quick test at the end of the course. AFC Vietnam will aggregate the comments and results of students, as well as comments and advice from lecturers. Then we make a report about what students achieved and not achieved after the course. Hence AFC Vietnam will make proposals for businesses to consider.
Step 5: Evaluation of training application
After finish the course, AFC Vietnam will send a questionnaire assessment of training applications to students. The main aim of this assessment is to help managers, leaders get more information for building solutions of developing human resource, maximizing forte as well as minimizing the cons (if any) of the students.
Step 6: Advising after the course
After synthesising all of the survey and the comments of lecturers and students, AFC Vietnam will advise the enterprises how to promote the advantages and how to minimize the disadvantages of staff.
