Job Description | + Perform tasks relating to cash and bank transactions + Count sales cash and deposit to bank + Compare cash received with daily sales + Receive, check daily payment requirements from other departments + Perform payments in accordance with payment terms + Do accounting reports daily, monthly, quarterly, annually as required + Update accounting data accurately into software everyday + Keep track and manage debts + Perform the registration and depreciation of fixed assets. + Manage, check inventory and make periodical reports + Prepare receipts and expenditures, daily journals + Perform tax declaration and pay monthly relevant tax precisely and timely + Assist with administration, human recourse, other logistics as required + Other tasks as required |
Job Requirement | + Graduated with finance accounting specialization + At least five-year experience (NMCs is preferred) + Master and experience with relevant accounting tasks + Ability to communicate and work in English + Skills to arrange and manage documents and files + Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel). Working experience with international accounting software would be an advantage + Teamwork spirit + Ability to work independently and willingness to complete work on time + Ability to work under pressure and work overtime if required + Careful, honest, hardworking and tidy |
